Our Sustainability & Nutrition Workshops are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and accessible, offering a supportive environment to learn about food, health, and sustainability at a comfortable, accessible pace and level
Led by an MBA-qualified Sustainable Food & Agriculture specialist and Naturopathic Chef, each session focuses on cooking for health, with practical guidance on nutrition that supports energy, digestion, brain health, immunity, joint health, and healthy ageing
Workshops include hands-on cooking, tasting, and discussion, with activities adapted to suit different abilities and levels of independence. Sessions can be delivered with additional support, simplified tasks, or demonstration-led formats where needed.
Each workshop is structured to build confidence and practical skills, helping participants feel more comfortable making everyday food choices that support wellbeing, independence, and enjoyment of food.
Sessions can be delivered on-site within supported or retirement living settings, in private homes, or at our venue, and are designed to be social, relaxed, and enjoyable, an opportunity to learn, connect, and share food together
All workshops are designed to engage, empower, & inspire whilst having fun, and build curiosity, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment while demonstrating the real-world impact of healthy, sustainable choices
