Our workshops provide young people with practical cooking experience, expert guidance on nutrition and sustainable food choices, and structured, hands-on learning challenges.
Each session is designed to develop knowledge, confidence, and real-life skills, making food, wellbeing, and sustainability engaging and memorable. Suitable as stand-alone sessions or as part of a longer programme, workshops are ideal for schools, youth organisations, Scouts, Brownies, Guides, Rangers, and community groups.
All workshops are designed to engage, empower, & inspire whilst having fun, and build curiosity, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment while demonstrating the real-world impact of healthy, sustainable choices
