As a Naturopathic Chef with a deep-rooted passion for both human and planetary health, I’m excited to offer Sustainable Nutrition – a bespoke service designed to nourish you holistically, while treading lightly on the planet.

Combining seasonal cooking with healthy nutrition at the heart of every meal, this service is ideal for individuals seeking to eat in alignment with their health goals, as well as being mindful of supporting local food systems and protecting our environment. My approach draws on years of culinary experience and my qualifications as a Naturopathic Chef and my holistic One Health approach to healthy & sustainable living.

I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to nutrition, with a strong focus on gut health as the foundation for overall wellbeing. Supporting the gut plays a vital role not only in digestive health, but also in strengthening the immune system, promoting healthy aging, and enhancing mental and brain health. I also offer natural, personalised support for women navigating peri-menopause and menopause, helping to ease symptoms and restore balance through nutrition and lifestyle. With a deep understanding of free-from and allergen-friendly foods, I create tailored nutrition plans that are inclusive, empowering, and sustainable for long-term health

 1. Bespoke Nutrition & Meal Planning Assessment 
After completing a detailed questionnaire and providing a week-long food diary, you’ll receive a 7-day tailor-made meal plan aligned with your nutritional needs, food preferences, and kitchen setup/equipment. Plans include delicious, gut-friendly recipes and optional herbal supplement recommendations.

Upgrade options (extra charge):

  • 14-day meal plan

  • Monthly seasonal refresh 

2. In-Home Cooking Support 
Prefer hands-on help? I offer in-home cooking classes and batch cooking sessions, where we bring your tailored meal plan to life. Whether you’re looking to gain new skills, cook ahead for the week, or build kitchen confidence, I’ll meet you where you’re at – in your own space.

3. Cooked Meal Delivery (Wednesdays)
Enjoy fresh, nourishing meals delivered straight to your door, prepared with your specific needs in mind. All meals come in reusable, oven- and freezer-safe containers that I collect and rotate each week – no waste, no fuss.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available. Pricing is bespoke based on dietary needs and preferences.
