Learning for everyone

I offer interactive workshops designed to inspire, educate, and empower participants of all ages. Whether you are an adult, a young person, part of a corporate team, or an older adult, my sessions provide hands-on, immersive learning experiences that combine sustainability, healthy eating, and practical cooking skills.

Workshop topics can cover the following themes, and are tailored to each audience:

  • Sustainable living and food systems – exploring how our food choices affect health of people and the environment, and practical tips to live more sustainably
  • Healthy eating for gut health – practical cooking recipes and strategies for healthy mind and body
  • Seasonal cooking – making the most of fresh, local ingredients, and why this is important for health of people and planet
  • Reduced-waste cooking – techniques for a more sustainable kitchen, and environment
  • Specialist topics –  fermentation, plant-based, allergen-free (gluten-free, dairy-free etc), cooking for specific health conditions e.g. heart health, brain health, diabetes, and many more topics….

All workshops are designed to engage, empower, & inspire whilst having fun, and build curiosity, confidence, and a sense of accomplishment while demonstrating the real-world impact of healthy, sustainable choices

  • Online or in-person: Online live and interactive, or in-person live hands-on sessions
  • Hands-on and interactive: Encouraging curiosity, creativity, and practical problem-solving
  • With or without cooking equipment: Practical skills and knowledge can be delivered anywhere, without the need for a kitchen. We adapt content based on what you have
  • Adaptable: Suitable for different ages, abilities, and group sizes; available as half-day sessions or a series culminating in an award
  • Your or our venues: Delivered at your venue, a local community space, or one of our partner venues in London, South East, South, or Midlands, including on-site at local farms for immersive learning experiences
  • We manage everything: From start to finish, including sourcing ingredients and connecting with local sustainable suppliers
  • Experienced educator: Led by a DBS-checked facilitator and keynote speaker with extensive subject knowledge
