Our Sustainability & Nutrition Workshops are designed to be fun, interactive, and a great experience to help you build confidence in the kitchen.

Led by an MBA-qualified Sustainable Food & Agriculture and Naturopathic Chef facilitator, each session equips participants with practical skills, knowledge, and inspiration to make healthier, more sustainable food choices.

Workshops combine hands-on cooking, expert guidance, and empowered learning, giving you the chance to cook in new ways, explore new foods, and build lasting skills for better lifestyle choices.

Each session is structured to build confidence, knowledge, and real-life skills, making sustainability, nutrition, and cooking engaging, enjoyable, and practical

Content can be tailored to your health goals, and align with your tastes, budget, time and skills.

Perfect for you in your own home with your equipment and set up, or at one of our venues if you prefer

On-Farm hosted Workshops

 On-Farm Workshops, hosted at one of our partner farm venues (London, Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire), for truly immersive learning 

Sessions include a Farm walk & talk, where participants learn about the challenges of a working UK farm.  Full catered seasonal lunch provided, and coffee, tea, drinks throughout
